Through months of testing, we’ve combined the science of strength training, muscle building, and metabolic conditioning to create what we call the 3-In-1 Method. Depending on the day, these workouts will bring the intensity in one of three ways.
This science-backed split is based on the same compound exercises you’d use in the gym, but infused with new training techniques to allow for variation and progression week-to-week.
I will be following this guide alongside the challenge workouts for four weeks of no repeats, with new workouts every week!
